Confirmed this is by design but I think there should be a setting on server settings so we can control this ourselves because for us, this would be very helpful for the driver to navigate selecting the correct product line if duplicated because of hauler choice (as of now we have to make two different orders to separate).  Either this, or see other suggestion about more than one hauler selection on product order.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">We use UDF fields for our stockpiles and other things, and on your ticketing software you can save defaults to the order, product or truck. If you would have this same option for the kiosk, that would be a game changer. Then we could automatically assign the stockpile based on what product they choose. I refuse to allow any company/trucker to be able to pick out their product and stockpile, so currently I am telling everyone that wants to use the kiosk that they have to use it on only one job and one product and we assign this. If I didn't do this, the chances of them not picking the right product with the right stockpile is a for sure thing that's going to happen. To me we can't expect a trucker to know how to match a stockpile to a product.  But if we had the default working, I would trust certain company's/truckers to pick it out thus giving them the ability to have more than one product to choose from.</content>

Our staff member who enters outside tickets into FW is also responsible for the accounts receivable function and having to query each outside ticket to make sure it is not a duplicate is not a good use of her time.  Please restore this feature.  I'm unsure why this safeguard has been removed.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When you select a truck after already entering in fields like Customer/Order/Product, it will wipe out the screen. This makes sense if there is a pending ticket, inbound ticket, truck assignment, or any other defaults set.&#13;
&#13;
However, right now this is forcing some users to turn off LPR cameras or any other RFID system as it clears tickets that are already being made by the user. For example, the user can see that a "Holden Trucking" truck is coming through and all of those trucks for the day are on the same order. So they preselect the order and other information. The LPR camera then captures the plate as they roll onto the scale, which can happen a few seconds after the user has been setting up the ticket. This causes all the ticket progress to be lost when the the truck gets auto-filled.&#13;
&#13;
If the truck does not have any defaults, then the screen should not wipe out the current ticket entered. Currently it is causing users to turn off features that would otherwise help them.</content>

There is currently a tab for that but when you use it. Nothing attaches.  I don't believe this would be difficult as the tab is already there.</content>

The suggestion to sync after each ticket seems a bit extreme and not a good solution since this issue does not occur on a regular basis.</content>
