Login Page has third criteria piece of Company Account to validate user

Instead of a generic Fastweigh.com login page of userID and password, there is a third piece of company account so that userID can be validated to the list of users within that account ONLY and not across the entire Fastweigh database. This will help allow for duplicate userIDs and/or being able to be a part of different accounts if applicable.
