Resource Duplication Validation

If there can be a validation to not allow duplicates that would be helpful. Mainly with Truck ID setups, Customers and Haulers. I noticed it does not stop you from entering in a duplicate. For Trucks, the duplicate would be same ID & Hauler combination (not just ID) and Customer and Haulers it would be their IDs that it would validate duplicates. Order & Quote entry would be harder since the # is auto-assigned, but maybe on the description field?
