Enter info into the tabs when creating a ticket without using the magnifying glass.
When creating a ticket on the ticket app, if you know the truck/customer/order or product, we should be allowed to enter the information manually in the box and not have to click on the magnifying glass and search on the right side.

Haley AdminThis is already possible by entering in the record ID and hitting Enter on the keyboard to "lock-in" the record.

Tehya SmelserI'm guessing the original poster meant that we would like to be able to search from the box without having to click the magnifying glass only to open another box to search in. It is a pain sometimes.
