Tonnage Warning for DAILY allowances to Scalers

They get warnings to total quantities on the Order (if in settings) but this would not be total on the order, it would be a daily allowance if the product was being allocated on an allowance from short stock. A field in Orders would need built for daily totals so the scaler side got both warnings (bumping up against the total like now, and if there was a daily total to keep to for that order of that customer if filled out).
