Re-instate the Contact Email fields with creation of a new account

With a recent update we lost the ability to enter Contact Email Address and Invoice Email Address in a New Account. It can now only be accessed by closing the New creation, then going back in to Edit Contacts. See highlighted area for missing fields on attached screenshot.
