Show Inactive Orders/Expired Products' Tickets on the Ticketing App

When we expire an order (Or product) in the middle of the day and there is a ticket on the order and they need to void that said ticket, it is not visible in the ticketing app. We end up having to void it out for them in the portal. Can this be changed, so they can see the ticket and void it themselves?
