Add Tax status to order

Add and additional drop down field to the order setup. The selection would be Taxable or Non Taxable. This would allow for customers to still track tax payments for reporting purposes even if an order is Non Taxable. Many states require reporting amounts even though a Job or customer is tax exempt.
