Fields Can Be Edited After Invoicing

Enable a feature where user-created fields have the option to be edited / changed AFTER a ticket is invoiced / locked. We have a need to enter certain data corresponding to a ticket after invoicing for metrics purposes, and this field is not part of the billing/weight process, just data tracking. So the ability to edit after invoicing is a desired feature for certain selectable fields.
