Timeout/Clear Form on X Minutes / New Truck Arrival on the Scale

A setting that will time out/ clear form on the ticketing screen if a truck pulls off the scale and a new one arrives. Right now, If the truck does not hit “Create Ticket” and a new truck comes on the scale after them, the new truck does not get their information populated onto the mobile kiosk until the form is cleared upon clicking "Clear Form."
