Add sales person field for customer quoting and sales tracking

Ability to track quotes and sales by sales person. Default the sales person for a customer with the ability to override at the quote/order level. Also add reporting that groups by sales person.

The salesperson field should be one of the columns when view the list of quotes. Allow us to filter on specific sales people. Reporting and Analytics should allow us to run reports by sales person
