Display Freight Rates in Ticket Query for Orders with Haul Zones

Currently, if a ticket uses haul zones, the ticket query will display a freight rate of $0, even if there is a freight rate from the haul zone. The correct freight rate displays on the new billing screen, but it would be good to be able to see it from the query as well.
