Changing the labels on the dashboard graph to times and Units

I think the dashboard graph would be better if it showed averages by the hour, consolidated over the period of time in the filter. Basically it would take an average of the loads over that time period for each hour of the day, with one point for 7-8 am, one point for 8-9 am, etc., with the average number of units for that hour during the time period. The X-axis would strictly have time, while the Y-axis still has the number of units.
