Add Schedule/Date Range to PDF name of scheduled reports

If we are sending a month to date report, have it say "Production Report Month To Date (MTD). If we are sending a daily, have it say "production report daily"

I send automatic reports and we currently have to open it to see which report it is. It would be nice to have the PDF automatically say which report it is
