User Permission Restriction more detailed
- Allow user roles to be locked down to a specific location
- Instead of restriction by the module (Trucks, Resources, etc) it would be great to restrict by Program as a more detailed layer (Trucks or Haulers, Products or Customers or Tax Codes, etc)
- Add in options for restrictions to the customer/hauler user login to prevent viewing things like reports
- Set User Permissions to see all regions but only edit resources for their set region

Mallory BlackAgreed. To keep most all of the Masters (Customers, Products, etc) under Resources and only having ability to do Resource Edit or Read Only doesn't help a layer of restriction that some users would be Products ONLY versus Customers ONLY etc.

The higher module level doesn't allow for control on users doing different functions. Those that setup haulers may not be those that add trucks. Those that control Products and Pricing may not control Customers, etc. We are having to give our users more access because of the high-level general setup which creates risk of them touching more than they should.

Andrew Bateswould be great to only allow scalepersons to access info for their location only. would allow to provide access to information for leased pits

Mallory Black MergedBreaking down access in more detailed layers. Not asking to go as far as field access like some systems but to at least allow submenus to be individual access from main menus. Example: giving the Resource module shouldn't give EVERYTHING in it when only one item within applies to a user. The Update Pricing shouldn't be tied to Admin for portal settings and user access. Hauler setup shouldn't be tied to Truck setup (why isn't Hauler setup under Resources anyways?).

Tina MergedCurrently we can only restrict users to regions. Please add the functionality to add Locations to user admin. We have 5 locations that are independent of each other, but under the same region. We should be able to restrict them to only seeing their location and not others.

Add a way to restrict Customer User Logins to only see records associated with the customer in filters.
For example:
Product filter in ticket query would only show products on orders/quotes for that customer.
