Add in Cash Sale Breakdown to Multi-Product Ticketing

Add in the Cash Sale Breakdown to Multi-Product Ticketing to support the Cash Sale total field so that amounts can be confirmed before creating the ticket.

Along the same lines as the cash sale breakdown, when ticketing weighed product (including on Single Item tickets), I can see the Gross and the Tare weight before printing, but not the net product weight. This means having to break out the calculator or mentally do the math to find out the net weight for the customer. This happens more often than not, because people don't want to leave the quarry without having enough product to complete their project, and conversely, they don't want to travel with an overloaded truck. It would be very helpful to see the net weight of the product on the screen before hitting print!
