Ability to see if Credit Card is already Saved

I can save a card to the portal but I cant see what cards are already added without making an invoice.

You can view cards saved to customers via the AR Module under Resources > Billing > Customer Payment Info

I do not have access to the AR module. As the person generating the tickets for the AR module I would like to be able to see if the customer has a card on file when they ask. It determines the sale or not.
