Add Manual Entry option to "Trucks In Yard"

At our location we do not TARE in our trucks every time they come into the yard if they are returning to our yard multiple times that same day. I was looking for the option to manually enter the truck number in the search box and have it stored when they enter back into the yard. Then disappearing when they are ticketed.

I'd like to be able to mark a truck as in the yard without having to tare it in. Also it would be nice to be able to mark a truck as in the yard without having to assign it to an order.
