Add ability to attach photo

Add ability to attach photos or PDFs to tickets entered through the portal. For example, we have arrangements with certain types of trucks who don’t scale, but complete a paper ticket when they dump at our facility. Our scale operators then take those paper tickets from the prior day and enter them as tickets in the portal so they can be billed out through Fast Weigh. It would be nice to be able to attach a picture of the paper ticket in the portal so both we and the customer have record of the source document.
