Idea to create some system of category organization for customers, similar to product categories. Example customer categories people might use: Cash customers, DOT/Gov, Companies, Individuals, etc. Often, customers are billed differently depending on what type of customer they are. Right now, the best way to categorize them is by using Billing Mode, but a built-in category feature might be nice. I would not suggest adding it to the ticket table or anything, but it might be good to have a data field that can be used in the Billing Query, filtering/sorting on the customer list, and maybe for reporting?
