Allow letters in the ticket number field for manual ticket entry

  Hello, it would be nice that ticket number would allow for alpha as well as the numeric. If not at the scale app then at least at the ticket entry web portal. This would open that many more options for ticket #'s.

  Sometimes tickets have alpha numeric characters that are part of the ticket number. It would also be handy to use alpha numeric numbers to add credits because you could use the same ticket number with a CR after it.
