Display the Haul Rate in the Ticket Query

  This would help prevent going through several steps when a hauler request this information. As of now you have to look at the ticket query to find the order number and then go to orders or reporting to find the hauler rate. In addition to the hauler rate being displayed, it would be helpful to see the hauler pay pricing adjustments on this screen.
