Split Driver Records out from Trucks and Allow Selecting a Driver at Ticketing

Have a way to select from a list of potential drivers on a truck which can then be selected when ticketing to better organize drivers, notifications for text-on-ticket, and portal login data.

For haulers that constantly switch drivers and units, is it possible to have the 2 items separated so that when creating a ticket, you can pick a driver and then select the Truck ID that the driver is currently in? Right now, you have to create a new Truck ID every time a driver is in a different unit.

We utilize a user defined field for the drivers. It would not be efficient if you have a ton of drivers but works perfectly for a dozen or so.
