Ability to selected tax calc by percentage\ton\yard\load. At our landfill the State charges a $.80 per yard tax while the county charges a 5% tax.

We need to be able to charge for product by the load on certain orders without losing tonnage tracking. The first option given to us was to change the material rate to zero on the order and to use the surcharge as the price per load. This seems like a viable solution, except that we already use the surcharge field for severance tax. In order to make this work we need a second surcharge field.

This is currently available as a workaround by using the Surcharge field on an Order-Products instead of a Tax Code for anything that is charged by the unit/load instead of a percentage
