"ALL" locations for individual regions on FW Manage Mobile App

Currently only option when selecting a specific region in the FW Manage Mobile App is a specific location. Need the ability to select all locations for specific region so that sales and GMs can quickly view entire region and not have to go through each location individually.
ALL location is available when selecting ALL regions.
