Restore duplicate ticket alert

The software used to alert us when a duplicate ticket number was being entered. That feature has been removed. Our staff member who enters outside tickets into FW is also responsible for the accounts receivable function and having to query each outside ticket to make sure it is not a duplicate is not a good use of her time. Please restore this feature. I'm unsure why this safeguard has been removed.
