Allow Trucks to be assigned to Location, not just Region level
Would minimize truck list for locations with fewer but repeating haulers. This is allowed at the Region level, but our company is set as 1 Region, so we can't take advantage of this feature.

Moderator Admin MergedAllow setting a Truck or Hauler to only be available at specific locations so tare weights and expirations dates are not shared across multiple locations for a single truck/hauler
