Additional Email Distribution Features
This could have a few more features to make this nicer: Allow ability to pick out To and Cc people. Allow a chance to modify the email Subject and/or Body before send. Allow ability to affiliate with the client by adding in Logo or something that doesn't make the email look like spam.

Allow invoice emails to be sent based on Sales Order number and not just customer email address.
Example: Customer is working for someone else on Sales Order 123. When we invoice on Sales Order 123, it should be able to go to customer email and also john@aol.com. But when Sales Order 456 for same customer is created, that invoice should only be emailed to customer email. -

AdminAllow "From" field to be changed to our Company name, multiple customers are not getting invoices due to firewalls tagging the No-Reply address as spam. We have to manually Print/Save & email those who cannot receive system-generated emails. Customers being able to "Reply" on an invoice to report a dispute or ask a question is better customer service.

StaceyBeing able to mass email or mass text customers for alerts when we are closed or out of a product temporarily would be a good option too... not just for invoices.
