Dispatch Notification to Location where dispatch is for

When a request is made, there doesn’t seem like a notification is sent to the quarry where the request would be picked up from. It would be needed so that the scales know what they should be expecting.
o Only way to do it now would be to refresh the dispatch screen every so often…
o Also, current process is that scales would notify drivers that are sitting at yard already. (Without auto notification, then it will require central dispatch to manually notify the quarry.)
