Add in ability to create Transfer orders for moving product internally

Add in Transfer Order Direction to allow for seamless product transfers between locations linked into inventory module.

Have a transfer option for inventory or have the ability to automatically generate an inbound ticket when an outbound ticket is created when transferring products from 1 location to another

We use Viewpoint Spectrum and currently use that for creating manual transfer type tickets to move product from one site to another. Spectrum allows us to create 1 ticket for the entire transfer, handling inventory on both sides. I would like to be able to have scale operators perform this function while in the Desktop App, without having to create 2 individual tickets.
