Add in the order description and PO/Job # to the webpage that is sent with Dispatch Add SMS

Our dispatcher would like to see a field for the truck count in the dispatch requests that translates to the texts sent to drivers. Goal is to let the drivers know how many trucks (other than themselves) are on the job. It could be as basic as "Truck(s)" with a blank that could have the number of trucks manually entered by the dispatcher.
